He led and coordinated design and implementation of enterprise development, access to finance, institutional capacity building and contracts and grants administration to public and private partners of the programs in 7 regions of the country. In his early professional career he served as legal advisor to insurance and banking companies in the financial sector in the country, also for considerable time served as a federal judge.

安妮（Anteneh）拥有意大利特伦托大学（University of Trento）的开发研究联合硕士学位，并于2009年获得布达佩斯（Budapest）的科维努斯大学（Corvinus）；通过公共私人合作伙伴关系的POTS研究生项目（在新兴经济体中促进PPP）。他的本科学习是在2000年的亚的斯亚贝巴大学（Addis Ababa University）的法学领域（法学学士）。
