在加入WRI之前，Nina花了七年的时间管理整个亚太地区的国际交易所和人类能力建设计划的投资组合。She also served various nonprofits in the United States and abroad, including the Monterey Institute of International Studies (Monterey, CA), the Self-Employed Women’s Association (New Delhi, India), the Office of Strategic Partnerships at the New York City Department of Education (New York, NY), and Family Promise (Summit, NJ).

妮娜（Nina）拥有新泽西州德鲁大学（Drew University）的行为科学学士学位，伦敦东方和非洲研究学院（SOAS）的社会发展人类学硕士学位，目前正在北卡罗来纳大学完成工商管理硕士，费耶特维尔州（UNC-FSU）。
